Gary W. Ammerman, B.A., M.Ed., Ed.D, L.U.T.
Gary is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Florida in 2005. He was an educator with the Cincinnati Public Schools for 32 years serving as a high school English, Speech/Drama, and Journalism teacher and elementary school teacher as well as an Elementary School Principal. Gary completed his License Unity Teacher in 2016 as well as attending the Unity Spiritual Institute in Ministerial Studies. Gary served as Education Director for First Unity Spiritual Campus and has also taught classes at Unity of Port Richey. He is so blessed to be returning to Unity of Citrus County with his spiritual family.
Rhonda Banker, L.U.T.
Rhonda first came to Unity of Citrus in February of 2014 and she knew from the moment she walk through the door she had found her spiritual home.
Her first two classes were with our very own LUT's Mary Magee-Allen, and Annie Bumgarner which ignited a flame that could not be contained.
To complete the required Spiritual Education and Enrichment classes, (25 classes, 250 hours), Rhonda attended classes at Unity Centers and churches throughout Florida, and attended four intensive weeks at Unity Village in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Her journey continues with two full weeks completed of, three required at Unity Village, for the Leadership Program.Rhonda's passion for the water drove her to become U.S.C.G. Captain doing manatee tours in Citrus Coutnty. She is also a certified scuba instructor.
Rhonda looks forward to sharing, receiving, learning, and growing together as ONE in our Spiritual Unity Community.
Ann Bumgarner, L.U.T. - Ann has over 30 years of working with corporations, individuals, and groups promoting quality of life. Ann has a special interest in exploring wellness in others and supporting their inner healer.
She is the life-enrichment consultant at the Cedar Creek Assistant Living facility, Crystal River, FL. She has conducted numerous workshops as well as speaking engagements with Therapeautic Recreation Organizations. She is constantly developing creative teaching modalities, designing, and delivering exiciting and informative presentations. She is in the process of learing NVC, non-violent communication to help teach a language of love and oneness. Ann has served on the Board of Directors at Unity of Citrus, Lecanto, FL. She was a prayer chaplain for over two years and trained with Rev. Lei Lenni Burt, Light and Love Ministries. She succeessfully completed the Leadership Program in Spiritual Education and Enrichment at Unity Worldwide Ministries, Kansas City, Kansas, addressing the signifigance of our spiritual journey. Currently, she is a Licenced Unity Teacher (LUT) at Unity of Citrus.
Mary Magee-Allen, L.U.T. - Mary has been a Licensed Unity Teacher since 2013. She has a Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree and has practiced as a Registered Nurse in New York and Florida.
Mary has been a Reiki Master since 2005. She has always been interested in discovering one's own essential healing power withing.
Mary serves as teacher and facilitator of Unity classes and continues to take classes to grow and enrich her spiritual life.
